Due to the perishable nature of our fresh donuts, we are unable to accept physical returns once a delivery has been completed. If your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 2 hours of receipt to arrange for a replacement or store credit.
Return Process

Our bakery team will review your claim within 24 hours to verify the issue and ensure our quality standards are maintained.
- 4.Resolution Delivery
Once approved, we will immediately dispatch a fresh replacement order or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
